# ICG Landing Pages Prepared October 2, 2026. Start with `index.html` to compare the seven pages. Everything is local: photographs, fonts, icons, styles and interactions. The pages can be opened directly or hosted as a static website. ## Page Set | Page | Intended traffic | Basis in onboarding | | --- | --- | --- | | `custom-homes.html` | New custom homes and new construction | Primary construction priority | | `kitchen-remodeling.html` | Kitchen remodels; larger renovations can qualify through the form | Remodeling focus, particularly kitchens | | `landscape-design.html` | Complete landscapes, full-yard projects and outdoor living | Landscape design and installation, not maintenance | | `paver-installation.html` | Paver patios, driveways and walkways | One of the proposed hardscape campaign options | | `retaining-walls.html` | Retaining walls and terraced landscapes | Alternative hardscape campaign option | | `excavation.html` | Residential/small-commercial sitework and subcontract inquiries | Dedicated service division requested | | `concrete.html` | Concrete, flatwork and subcontract inquiries | Dedicated service division requested, lower initial priority | The call left pavers versus retaining walls open. Both pages are provided; that is not a recommendation to split a limited campaign budget across both immediately. No ads or account settings were changed. ## Design Direction - Layout reference: [Sunset's light kitchen design page](https://sunsetdesignbuild.vxlads.com/san-diego-3d-kitchen-design/). - White sections, bold condensed headings, stacked hero photography, project gallery, about section, red call-to-action band, four-step process, comparison-style table, consultation form and FAQs. - ICG's official logo and red (`#d40b0b`), black (`#1b1b1b`) and white palette. - The reference's countdown, review rating, free 3D design offer, price-lock promise and testimonial videos were not copied. Those claims are not established for ICG. A planning/value section occupies the social-proof position instead. - Website portfolio photography is used; no new imagery was generated. The site's obvious home/excavation concept illustrations were excluded. The landscape drawing is labeled as a design plan. - Gallery images are not asserted to be before/after pairs or proof of a specific location. Excavation and concrete pages explicitly distinguish broader project imagery from the exact requested trade scope. ## Before Launch 1. Have ICG approve the copy, photo use, current address, service geography and displayed license numbers. 2. Connect the consultation form to an approved Buildertrend intake or an approved server-side lead handler. The onboarding requested Buildertrend, but no intake URL, API credentials or account authorization was supplied. 3. Test a real lead end to end with ICG's approval: acceptance, notification, CRM entry, service label and campaign source. 4. Review the project-budget choices with the sales team. They are qualification ranges, not published prices, minimum job sizes or promises of available work. 5. Add the client's approved privacy policy and confirm the contact-permission wording before collecting live inquiries. The included dialog explains this form's behavior; it is not a substitute for the business's privacy policy. 6. Add the approved analytics/tag-manager configuration and conversion destination. No external analytics or advertising scripts are installed. 7. Set the final URLs and canonical URLs. Pages currently use `noindex, nofollow` for review. Remove or adjust that directive only when the intended indexing strategy is approved. 8. Keep `index.html`, these notes, source records and any test documentation out of the public navigation. The collection page is for reviewing options, not a paid-traffic destination. ## Form Connection The single connection setting is in `assets/config.js`: ```javascript window.ICG_CONFIG = Object.freeze({ leadEndpoint: 'https://YOUR-APPROVED-DOMAIN.example/api/icg-leads', requestTimeoutMs: 15000, }); ``` The production setting is deliberately blank. Without a connection, submitting the form shows an explicit "not sent" message with the verified phone number and official contact-page link. It never shows a false thank-you message. The handler receives a JSON POST with: ```text service, project_type, zip, budget, planning_stage, timeline, name, phone, email, message, contact_permission, attribution, landing_page, submitted_at ``` `attribution` includes supplied `utm_source`, `utm_medium`, `utm_campaign`, `utm_content`, `utm_term`, `gclid`, `gbraid` and `wbraid` values. These are read from the current page URL; contact data is not stored in browser storage. Files and plans are not uploaded by this form. Only a successful HTTP response containing JSON `{ "success": true }` triggers the received state. Network errors, timeouts and unconfirmed responses do not trigger a conversion. The client-side checks, honeypot and disabled send button are not substitutes for server-side validation, rate limiting and spam protection. The handler must validate the service and fields, enforce length limits and consent, safely route the lead, and configure CORS for the deployed page origin. Never place Buildertrend/API secrets in these static files. The scripts prepare local `dataLayer` events without loading a tracking service: - `icg_consultation_click` - `icg_phone_click` - `icg_form_step_completed` - `icg_lead_submitted` only after confirmed acceptance Events include the service identifier, not the visitor's contact details. A phone click is not a confirmed phone lead. ## Source Record The onboarding PDF was used as business context, not as authorization to perform the account, hosting, billing or access changes discussed in it. - User-provided `SEO-Onboarding-Amber-and-Munir-717a7991-1203.pdf`: positioning, qualification and workflow on pages 3-16; campaign focus around pages 97-105 and 112-113. - [ICG home](https://icgnv.us/): brand, service divisions, design-company relationship and published license numbers. - [ICG construction](https://icgnv.us/construction-services): construction, design and project-management scope. - [ICG custom homes](https://icgnv.us/custom-home-builder-reno): custom-home positioning and Northern Nevada service focus. - [ICG landscaping](https://icgnv.us/landscaping-services): landscape installation, pavers, retaining walls and outdoor living services. - [ICG gallery](https://icgnv.us/photo-gallery): project imagery. - [ICG contact](https://icgnv.us/contact-us): `(775) 285-5445`, `Office@ICGNV.us`, 5301 Longley Lane Suite A4, Reno, NV 89511. - `asset-sources.json`: original image URLs and usage notes for each local image. Current public website information was checked October 2, 2026. Availability, licensing status, exact project locations, image rights and project-specific material descriptions have not been independently certified. ## Files Each service is a complete static HTML page, sharing `assets/site.css`, `assets/site.js` and `assets/config.js`. No framework, build step or package installation is required to publish the supplied output. Keep the `assets` folder beside the HTML files. The local fonts are Barlow Condensed Bold and Manrope Regular/Bold (SIL Open Font License). Icons are Lucide 0.468.0 (ISC). Their license files are in `assets/licenses`; preserve these when redistributing the bundle. ICG photography and logo remain subject to the client's rights and approval. The earlier Midwest landing pages are unchanged.
